SocialbakersDubaiDubaiThe role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
Duties of a Sales Administrator:
Processing a high volume of product orders. Processing collections for all sales transactions. Checking prices and contracts are up to date on the CRM system ( Salesforce). Reporting monthly debt results to the sales and finance teams. Daily communication with customers via phone. Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails. Verification of customer data e.g Purchase Orders. Requirements for the role:
High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to prioritize own workload. Strong communication skills with finance teams. Strong IT skills e.g. Microsoft Excel Suite. An administrative or sales background. Must be detail-oriented. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
