What You’ll Do
The Branding Sales Manager, LCS MENA would work alongside another experienced LCS Sales Manager, Head of Agency and the Sales Partner Manager. The role is responsible for managing Client Partners and Client Account Managers (4 direct reports), covering the Auto/CPG/Tech verticals.
Who You AreA deep understanding of the online advertising industry and ideally good knowledge of CPG/Tech/Automotive industries At least 10 years proven direct sales experience in digital media with a strong foundation in technology, or in technology sales with a strong foundation in digital media Experience with partner/agency/alliance management, business development and negotiations Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships Proven experience setting up and growing an advertising sales team and successfully building and growing advertising sales revenue Proven experience in successfully working with Product, Engineering and Marketing groups Able to develop comprehensive forward-looking plans and execute against them with both strategic and tactical initiatives Experience in people management and leadership with a track record of building and contributing to high performing teams Team player with a positive and dynamic personality Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong planning and organizational capabilities Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment Ability to travel
