Key Accountabilities: Operation Execution: 1st level supports for all IT request and complains. Support and update Anti Viruses. Follow up network share folders. Incidents dispatchers on SCSM. Do Communication Support. Configure internet Access. Printer Troubleshooting. NPS configure and Support. Create new share printer on server. Install Pc\laptop\ Net Terminal. Install accessories. Follow up user requests. Install Fix HW problem. Logs incidents and customer request. Install OS's (Client and PC server). Password Activation. Report to technical support team lead. Answer phone calls. Any other work -related duties requested by Line Manager.
Experience and Skills
1-3 years (current) experience in a similar role
Proficient Knowledge of Service Desk tools and processes. Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the enterprise. Proficient of Understanding technical architectural issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, ERP and other applications relevant to his work. Experience of having working in a corporate environment.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic to a high standard and process strong communication skills.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
