Sales Executive

Job Summary

This role covers many pre- and post-sales activities. The primary elements of the role will require the successful candidate to support the Sales team on technical and product related matters as well as communicate directly with inbound sales inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform market analysis and prospects' research Analyze customer needs and apply company technology to suggest solutions Perform technology presentations Support Rabiah Tech Product Implementation during Pre-Sales for proof of concepts Support the Sales Team and Business Development Managers Provide high level, front end customer support Maintain notes and document activities in Customer Relationship Management system Review and process customer orders


2+ years of Enterprise Sales Engineer 2+ years of experience writing reports and sales literature Identifying and establishing new business Organizing sales visits Liaising with existing clients Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions Reviewing cost and sales performance Writing reports and sales literature Providing product education and advice Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings Ensuring that sales targets are met.
